Jalapeno Potatoes

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 roll garlic cheese
  • 1 roll jalapeno cheese
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 medium pimento (optional)

Boil potatoes in jackets until tender, let cool. Melt butter, add flour, milk, and stir until smooth, cube cheese stirring constantly until melted. Peel and slice potatoes, place in baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, bell pepper, and pimento. Add another layer of potatoes. Pour cheese mixture over this and bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
