Sweet Potato Casserole

  • 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanillla
  • 1/3 cup milk

Mash the boiled potatoes; mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk; put in baking dish.

TOPPING:

  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped

Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
