Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 boxes broccoli, chopped
- 1 cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 roll jalapeno cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Water chestnuts (optional)
Simmer first 4 ingredients for 15 minutes. Then add mushroom soup, mushrooms, and jalapeno cheese roll. Pour into greased casserole and put bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This dish can be frozen.
