Potato Casserole

Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

  • 8 potatoes, boiled in jackets until done
  • 1 roll jalapeno cheese
  • 1 roll garlic flavored cheese
  • 2 cup sweet milk
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup oleo

Peel and slice potatoes and place in buttered casserole. Mix cheeses, flour, milk, and oleo in saucepan. Cook until melted and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
