Sweet Potato Casserole

  • 1 large can sweet potatoes, cook until tender, drain and mash


  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs

Mix all, adding eggs last.


  • Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Mix together, spread on top of potatoes in a casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
