VEG-ALL CASSEROLE

Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

  • 2 can Veg-All®, drained (buy the one with the white label)
  • 1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

Mix together and place in a baking dish (about 1 2 quart size). Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees (without the topping).

Mix together:

  • 1 tube Ritz® crackers, crushed (One 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) add more)

Place on the vegetables and bake another 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
