- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 bag Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 small bag Cheddar cheese
Mix ingredients together and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top and heat a few minutes.
