Eggplant Casserole

Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese, grated

Peel and boil eggplant until tender. Drain and add other ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven.
