Measure 2 cups of fresh cranberries, then chop in food processor. Add 1 2/3 cups water. Add about 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate (do not dilute). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer about 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 2 boxes of cranberry Jello® (sugar-free). Stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup of cool tap water. Add approximately 2 tablespoons Nutra Sweet® (cranberries are very tart). Sweeten to your taste. Refrigerate until set. Serve cold. Makes approximately 3 cups (1/2 cup equals 1/2 fruit).
