Fresh Peach Ice Cream

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup fresh peaches, mashed
  • Milk

Separate egg yolks from whites. Beat yolks and sugar together. Then add evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla, and peaches. Beat egg whites separately and then fold in the milk and egg mixture. Mix well and pour in freezer. Add milk until you fill to freezer line. Mix well and freeze.
