Homemade Thousand Island Dressing

  • 1 cup lite mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 Tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 egg white of boiled egg (optional)

Mix all ingredients

Yield: 1 2/3 cups. Calories: 34 per tablespoon. Exchanges: 1/2 fat. Cholesterol: 2 Mg; SF: less than 1 Gm; Sodium: 107 Mg; PRO: 1 Gm: CHO: 3 Gm; Fat: 2 Gm.
