Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 2 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Combine ingredients in bowl, stir well. Cover and chill 3 hours.
Serve with chicken patties or as a dip.
