- 2 cups (8 oz) mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 – 1/2 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
In shallow baking dish or pie plate, combine all ingredients except pepperoni and olives. Top decoratively with pepperoni and olives. Bake at 325 degrees about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with choice of crackers or fresh vegetables.
