- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 1 lb Velveeta® cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire® sauce
- 1 tsp oregano
Brown each meat separately. Drain well. Press excess grease out with paper towels. Return meat to skillet. Break up cheese and cook until cheese melts in meat mixture. Add seasonings and spread on bread cut in triangles or circles. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. After frozen, remove and place in plastic bag. As needed, remove and bake at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes. I use loaves of party rye bread sliced.
