- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 medium onion
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 (8 oz ) cans tomato sauce
Brown hamburger meat and remove drain fat. Shred cabbage. Melt oleo in skillet and put cabbage in. Place browned hamburger meat on top of cabbage. Dice onions on top of meat and then place thin slices of potatoes on top of onions. Pour tomato sauce on top. Salt and pepper to taste and cover. Simmer 1 hour or until tender.
