Baked Chicken Breast

  • 8 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • onion salt
  • 8 slices of uncooked bacon
  • 8 thick slices ham, about 2″ X 3″

Place slice of ham on under side of chicken breast and tuck edges under over the ham. Wrap slice of bacon around breast and secure with toothpicks, if needed. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with Pam®, place prepared breasts in pan, sprinkle lightly with onion salt. Spread mushroom soup over top and bake, uncovered, in a very slow (250 degrees) oven for about three hours.
