- 2 lbs Southern style frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cup cubed cooked ham
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Topping:
- 2 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Press in 12x9x2″ dish. Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle on casserole. Bake at 350 degrees one hour.
