- 2 lbs ground ham
- 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 – 1/2 cup milk
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
Sauce:
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup, undiluted
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 1/4 cup brown sugar
Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape 1/2 cup at a time into balls and place in 9 x 13 pan. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over balls.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
