Porcupine Meat Balls

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 1 (10 oz) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup uncooked regular rice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire® sauce

Combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper, and egg in bowl. Mix well and shape into 24 meatballs.

Blend together soup, water, and sauce in 10-inch skillet. Cook mixture 3 minutes. Add meatballs to sauce. Return mixture to boil then reduce to simmer. Turn meatballs occasionally. Cover and cook until done about 45 minutes.
