Corn Casserole

  • 1 small package corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (17 oz) can cream style corn
  • 1 (17 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies

Beat all ingredients together and bake in greased casserole at 350 degree for 45 – 60 minutes or until firm. (I use 8 inch square corning ware casserole, 1 1/2 inches deep.)
