- 2 lbs hash browns, thawed
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) sour cream
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- Ritz crackers crumble on top
Bake at 324 degrees of 1 – 1 1/2 hours.
