Potato Casserole

  • 2 lbs hash browns, thawed
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz) sour cream
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • Ritz crackers crumble on top

Bake at 324 degrees of 1 – 1 1/2 hours.
