Scalloped Pineapples

  • 4 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 (20 oz) can drained pineapple chunks

Toss together and place in greased baking dish.

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cup sugar

Pour over pineapple and bread crumb mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Great with ham.
