  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream, unwhipped
  • 4 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved (optional)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 large Red Delicious Apples®, peel and cubed

Stir flour and sugar together. Stir in the cream, add crushed pineapple and cook in double boiler until thickened. Remove from heat, add margarine and cool. Fold in apples, nuts, and grapes. Dressing can be made a few days ahead but don’t add apples until a few hours before serving. However, leftovers are great. Keep refrigerated.
