Barbara Mandrel’s Seven-Cup Salad

  • 1 cup grated coconut (I use the frozen)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup Cool Whip®
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fruit cocktail
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.

I use a small can of pineapple and a 16 oz can of fruit cocktail..
