Bean Salad

  • 1 (#303) can cut green beans
  • 1 (#303) can red kidney beans
  • 1 (#303) can waxed beans

Drain all vegetables.

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn oil

Mix sugar, vinegar, corn oil, and salt until salt and sugar are dissolved. Pour over mixed vegetables. Place in refrigerator and let marinate 48 hours. Will keep days.
