Hot Chicken Salad

  • 1 chicken, cooked and cut
  • 3 chopped boiled eggs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cup cooked rice, cook in chicken broth
  • 2 cup crushed potato chips
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise mixed with 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp grated onion
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Mix all except potato chips. Let this get good and hot, put potato chips on top, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees until good and hot and potato chips are kinda brown and crusty.
