- 2 cans Sauer Kraut
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 large can of pimento
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 large can of water chestnuts
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
Bring vinegar, water, oil, and sugar to a boil. Pour over kraut mixture. Chill. Keep in refrigerator indefinitely.
