Marinated Kraut

  • 2 cans Sauer Kraut
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 large can of pimento
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 large can of water chestnuts
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar

Bring vinegar, water, oil, and sugar to a boil. Pour over kraut mixture. Chill. Keep in refrigerator indefinitely.
