Apple Cake

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 cup flour (plain)
  • 3 or 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cup chopped cooking apples
  • 1 cup pecans

Mix together sugar, oil, and eggs. Add flour, soda, cinnamon and vanilla. Add apples, raisins and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Use greased and floured Bundt® pan.
