- 3 cup flour (plain)
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup Wesson® oil
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 cup bananas, mashed
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil. Stir in vanilla and pineapple. Add 1 cup nuts and bananas. Bake in 3 layers at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Frosting:
- 2 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 boxes powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Mix cheese and margarine; add vanilla and sugar. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle with the other cup of nuts.
