Hummingbird Cake

  • 3 cup flour (plain)
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cup Wesson® oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 2 cup bananas, mashed

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil. Stir in vanilla and pineapple. Add 1 cup nuts and bananas. Bake in 3 layers at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Frosting:
  • 2 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Mix cheese and margarine; add vanilla and sugar. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle with the other cup of nuts.
