  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp margarine, melted
  • 3 Tbsp sugar

Combine and press onto bottom of 9″ springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.

  • 3 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs

Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on mixed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Blend in sour cream. Pour over crust and bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.

Mix together:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

Spread over hot cake and put back in oven about 5 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan but cool thoroughly before removing rim Chill and serve as is or with any topping desired such as caramel sauce, fresh fruit or various fruit pie fillings.
