First Layer:

• 1 stick margarine
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup flour

Melt margarine in 9×13 pan. Add flour, nuts, and mix and press into bottom of pan. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees.

Second Layer:

• 2 cup Cool Whip®
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 (8 oz) cream cheese

Mix well and spread on top of first layer. Note: You may add just a drop of milk if it is too thick to spread.

Third Layer:

Mix 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding

• Mix 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
• 1 1/2 cup cold milk

Whip until thick and add to top of second layer.

Fourth Layer:

Add 1 cup Cool Whip® to top third layer and top with chopped nuts.
