- 1 1/4 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz) can pineapple slices, drained
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into a lightly greased 9×13″ Pyrex ® dish. Pour melted oleo over the top. Garnish with pineapple slices with a Maraschino cherry in the center of each.
Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
