  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together until fluffy the sugar, margarine and vanilla. Mix in flour, salt, and pecans. Shape into 1 inch balls and place one inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 20 – 22 minutes until set but not brown. Remove from cookie sheet and cool slightly. Roll in confectioner’s sugar. Cool completely and roll in sugar again.

About 5 dozen.
