• 1 box (8 oz) dates, chopped
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 box Kellogg’s® Town House® Crackers

Heat dates and condensed milk over low heat for 5 minutes or until thickened. Add pecans and remove from heat. Spread each cracker with mixture (you won’t use the whole box). Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, remove from pan and cool. Spread with icing. May freeze or keep refrigerated. Can use Ritz Crackers® but they won’t be turtle shape.

ICING:

Cream together 1/4 cup margarine and 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened. Beat in 2 cup confectioner’s sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.
