  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 (1 lb) loaves of thin sliced Pepperidge Farm Bread®
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 lb melted margarine

Blend softened cream cheese with sugar and egg until creamy. Trim crusts from bread slices and roll each slice very thin with rolling pin. Spread each slice with cheese mixture and roll up. Cut each roll into two pieces. Have ready a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, dip each roll into melted margarine then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Put on cookie sheets and freeze. After frozen, store in Ziploc® bags. When ready to use, put as many as desired on cookie sheets, no need to thaw, and bake in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until brown. GooooooooooD!
