- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- Additional sifted powdered sugar
Sift together cocoa and 1 cup sugar. Combine bourbon and syrup; add to cocoa mixture, and stir well. Add wafer crumbs and pecans; mix well.
Shape into 3/4 inch balls, and roll in additional sugar to coat. Allow to dry before serving.
Yield: 3 dozen.
