- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 3 bananas)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light cream
- 4 (7 ounce) bottles 7-Up°
- 1 pint lemon sherbet
- 3 tablespoons flaked coconut
Beat together mashed bananas, lemon juice, and sugar, and chill thoroughly. At serving time pour banana mixture into punch bowl. Stir in cream. Slowly pour in chilled 7-Up°. Float spoonful of lemon sherbet on punch. If desired, sprinkle flaked coconut on to.
