Looking at Cooking with Mildred Swift

- 1/2 cup cream style peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- ginger ale
Combine peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Slowly stir in milk and beat until smooth. Divide among 6 tall glasses. To each, add 1 scoop ice cream, and fill to top with ginger ale.
Yield: 6 servings
