Orange Egg Nog

Looking at Cooking with Mildred Swift

Beat 6 whole eggs until lemon colored.


  • 1/4 cup sugar with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves

Stir in:

  • 2 quarts fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Cut 1 quart vanilla ice cream into small cubes and put into punch bowl. Pour orange juice mixture over this.

Add: 1 quart ginger ale. About 30 servings.
