Looking at Cooking and Garden Jobs with Mildred Swift
- 2/14 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 cups milk (fresh, evaporated, or dry)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Sift together dry ingredients. Add beaten yolks, milk, and butter. Fold in beaten egg whites. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, if desired.
Bake.
