Bell Pepper Steak

Sadie Knight, M.H.S. 1 lb round steak2 large bell peppers2 large onionsSalt to tastePepper (black) to taste1 tsp soy sauce Cube steak into small cubes. Roll in flour. Brown in hot shortening and make brown gravy over it. Add salt, pepper, onions, bell pepper, and soy sauce. Cover; cook till done. Serve over rice.
