Bernadette Jenkins, DHS 2 cup corn bread mix3 Tbsp cooking oil1 cup chopped onions4 jalapeno peppers, chopped1 can cream corn1/4 lb sharp cheese, grated2 eggs3/4 cup milk Mix all ingredients and bake at 425° for 40 to 45 minutes.

Sadie Knight, FHS 2 cup corn meal1 cut flour1 Tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt3 tsp cooking oil1 cup chopped onions4 jalapeno peppers1 can cream corn1/4 lb sharp cheese2 eggs3/4 cup milk Mix all ingredients and bake at 425° for 40 to 45 minutes. You can use corn bread mix and omit the first four ingredients.
