Pork Chop Casserole

Nina Henson, Linville High 6 pork chops1 can mushroom soup1 can water1 onion1 bell pepper2 Tbsp catsup1 tsp Worcestershire® sauce Brown pork chops and put in baking dish. Pour mushroom soup and water. Slice up onion and bell pepper over chops. put catsup and Worcestershire® sauce. Place in oven for 1/2 hour at 350°.

Meat Balls

Nina Henson, Linville High 1 lb ground meat1 can condensed mushroom soupSalt and pepper to tasteMayonnaise Mix ground beef, salt and pepper; roll into balls. Roll meat balls in mayonnaise and brown. Pour soup over meat balls and simmer about 40 minutes. Eat over rice or cream potatoes.

Chicken Noodle

Nina Henson, LHS 1 chicken, cooked1 package noodles3 slices cheeseSmall can pimento1 can mushroom soup Cook chicken and pick off bones. Add noodles to 3 cups of broth. Add cooked chicken and pimento and soup to noodles and simmer.
