Oven Roasted Potatoes

Geraldine ClementFarmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and chunked1/4 cup vegetable oil1 package onion soup mix Coat potatoes with oil and onion soup mix. Place in roasting pan. Cover and cook at 450 degrees for 40 minutes or until tender. "One of my favorites."
