  • 2 – 15 ounce cans ENGLISH PEAS, well drained (any brand) can use frozen peas as well
  • 1 cup small diced SHARP CHEDDAR
  • 1/4 cup REAL BACON BITS, (I microwave them for 30 seconds to crisp them)
  • 1/4 cup RED ONION, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp SMOKED PAPRIKA
  • 1/4 cup SWEET PICKLE RELISH .1 stalk CELERY, chopped
  • 4 BOILED EGGS, peeled and chopped
  • SALT and PEPPER to taste
  • 1/4 cup MAYO

Gently stir all the ingredients together. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Some other options are RED BELL PEPPER, chopped, chopped APPLE, chopped CUCUMBER, cooked ELBOW NOODLES.
