Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 1 1/2 cup macaroni
- 4 Tbsp oleo
- 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk (may use part Pet®)
- Salt and Pepper
Cook and drain macaroni. Add oleo and cheese; stir until melted. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper. Return to the stove and cook, stirring over medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with more grated cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8. Can be frozen.
