Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 3 cups sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk
Boil and mash potatoes. Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Place in 9×13 inch baking dish.
TOPPING:
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Baket at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
