  • 8 oz low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • *14 oz. unsweetened frozen strawberries
  • *1/2 unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 to 4 packets Equal® or Sweet & Low®

8 ounces equals 1 serving. *May substitute 14 ounce can unsweetened pineapple (add fruit and juices) for strawberries and orange juice.

Yield: 4 servings. Calories: 92. Exchanges: 1/2 milk and 1 fruit. Cholesterol: 1 Mg; SF: 1 Mg; SF: 1 Gm; Sodium: 75 Mg; PRO: 4 Gm; CHO: 19 GM; Fat: less than 1 Gm.
