Lovie Price Fomby
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 1 cup Ritz Crackers® crumbs
- (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 Tbsp juice. Combine sugar and flour. Stir in reserved pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks. Mix well. Pour into 1 quart greased casserole. Combine margarine and crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
