- 2 lbs hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 oz cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter or oleo
- corn flakes
Mix all ingredients except corn flakes. Place in 9×13 greased dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then cover with corn flakes and cook 30 minutes longer.
Serves 15 – 20 people.
